- For short stays, all cancellations must be notified: at least 24 hours before arrival.
- For cancellations the day of arrival, an amount equivalent to one night will be charged.
- For curist
stays (3 weeks) all cancellations must be notified by mail/e-mail with a medical certificate.
Arrivals and departures
- Availability of rooms on arrival day from 15h
- The day of your departure you must vacate your room no later than 12pm
For departures beyond 12pm, an additional billing
charge will be applied.
Delivery of luggage before your arrival
You can make a delivery of your luggage before your arrival. In this case, the hotel can not be held responsible for the condition of the luggage and its contents upon delivery.
