Dates and Opening hours
- The hotel is open all year round, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (apart from a 15-day closure for technical purposes in January).
-
The Restaurant is open from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 9:30 pm.
- The Thermes de Rochefort are open from late February to early December.

Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 5 pm.
Check-Out
Guests are asked to check out no later than midday.
Pets
Small pets (cats and small dogs) are accepted, for a fee of :

Certain breeds of attack and guard dogs (pit bulls for example) are not allowed.
Only one small animal is allowed per room.
Entertainment
A selection of board games is available at the front desk.
